知り合いの方に、いただきました。
館山・南房総でも漁獲量が高く、古くから特産物として名物です。(右がアワビ、左がサザエ)
アワビは4月~9月、サザエは11月~3月が旬。

アワビはお造り、酒蒸しに、サザエはつぼ焼きなど、いろいろ味わいがありますが、館山ではカレーに入れるのが有名です。
その昔、肉が高価だった時代、身近にあったサザエを入れたことから生まれたメニューで、南房総の家庭の味です。

皆様も是非こちらにお越しの際は、館山の海産物を召し上がって下さい。
